About BTL Surface Preparation

BTL Surface Preparation is the industrial flooring division of Blast Technology Ltd. We have established ourselves as one of the leading companies within the floor preparation industry.

Starting out in the early 1980s and becoming incorporated in 1989 the company has gone from strength to strength, quickly becoming recognised as the number one choice for captive shot blasting surface preparation.

State of the Art Captive Shot Blasting Equipment

Blast Technology Ltd has invested heavily in its own shot blasting equipment. This consists of specially-built vehicles together with various portable blast pots and associated equipment.

We utilise the very latest Blastrac 2-20 DT. The system operates completely dust free, and with hardly any noise it can blast up to around 400 square meters per hour.
